Finding Stella to perform at Left Coast Live's Hunter's Stage

Finding Stella entered the San Francisco music scene in early 2000 and quickly established themselves as one of the best original acts in the Bay Area! Their music integrates the classic rock and pop spirit of the 70s and 80s with a newer, warmer rock quality that has been drawing new audiences from along the West coast and beyond.

The sound of Finding Stella is led by the power and emotion of lead vocalist Chris Snyder, backed by lush harmonies and a rich variety of electric/acoustic guitars, keyboard/string sounds, all supported by a driving rhythm section.   Snyder along with Victoria Ovieda, Tim Christmon, Rich Flynn, Louis Stein and Jessica Fisher incorporate many divergent influences and styles into their music, smoothly jumping from classic rock to power-pop to tender ballads – all while creating a rich rock sound.

Finding Stella has been voted ‘Best Bay Area Rock Band’ by Hard Rock Café, featured on ‘The Music Channel’ and had their original music featured in independent film ‘Beaver Run Café’.  Chris Snyder was a finalist in Rock Star: INXS and with over 100 performances around the U.S. and abroad the band continues to draw fans from around the world.  Be sure to catch this band; their live show and tight sound will definitely satisfy even the most discriminating musical appetite!
